MCC Huatian, as part of a consortium, has successfully won the EPC contract for the initial development plot of the Nanjing North Station Science and Technology Innovation Hub (Phase I). This project marks another benchmark achievement for MCC Huatian in the Nanjing market, following the Jianye Elite Hub project and the Hexi Street renovation project. It represents a significant breakthrough in the company's efforts to deepen its presence in the local market and promote industry-city integration, laying a solid foundation for continued expansion in Jiangsu.

Located in the core area of the Nanjing North Station Hub Economic Zone in Jiangbei New District, the project covers approximately 7.99 hectares with a total construction area of about 326,000 square meters and a building height limit of 70 meters. It includes the four corner buildings south of Nanjing North Station, as well as the area enclosed by Zhannan 1st Road, Zhannan 2nd Road, Zhanqian 1st Road, and Zhanqian 2nd Road. The main components include talent halls, technology halls, an R&D transformation center, a technology innovation service center, supporting commercial facilities, a hotel, talent apartments, and a technology innovation connecting corridor. The project involves complex technology, diverse functions, varied building facades, and intricate structural systems. It requires the integration of multiple systems including subway, bus, and underground space, as well as complex cross-interface designs such as interconnected underpasses, corridors, and basements, presenting significant technical coordination and engineering integration challenges. As the initial industry-city integration project in the Nanjing North Station Hub Economic Zone and one of Nanjing's major municipal projects for 2026, it will serve as a comprehensive technology innovation hub integrating industry, commerce, and residential functions, supporting the integrated development of the hub economy and technological innovation.
