On April 29, MCC Huatian received the Letter of Acceptance for the plant landscaping scheme design for the public and auxiliary units of the Dazhou Iron & Steel relocation and upgrading project. This is the first landscape design project for industrial tourism won by the Company in the southwest market, further enhancing the popularity of MCC Huatian in the southwest market.

The project is located in the second industrial park of Maliu Town, Dachuan District, Dazhou City, above the parallel ridges and valleys in the eastern Sichuan, backed by mountains, and surrounded by Mingyue River. The natural mountain resources around it are rich. The construction area of the project is about 5,600 mu (3,733,333 m2). The construction content includes the greening, beautification and lighting planning and design of the plant landscape, the greening scheme design of the plant landscape, the post-technical services, and the declaration for 3A scenic spot. As a traction project to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the project after completion will increase the influencing area and market share of Dazhou Iron & Steel's leading products, and play a significant role in optimizing and strengthening the steel industry, expanding urban development space, and promoting regional employment.

In this bidding, with MCC Huatian Architectural Engineering Institute as the lead, and professionals from landscape, architecture and planning specialities participated in the design scheme. Technical proposal of the company was ranked first, and MCC Huatian stood out from a number of bidders and won the bid in the end.
