On April 28, the first hoisting for the construction of the Long Product Technology R&D and Transformation Center invested by MCC Huatian was successfully completed. This is an important step forward for the early completion of the project and the demonstration of the strength of the Company in the first echelon of the national team of metallurgical construction with comprehensive and complete equipment manufacturing capacity.

MCC Huatian decided to set up the Long Product Technology R&D and Transformation Center in Ma'anshan Equipment Company so as to further improve the Company's level of processing technology and manufacturing equipment in rolling long products, enhance the core competitiveness of the Company, solidify the foundation for our position in the first echelon of the national team of metallurgical construction, and celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of MCC Huatian. It is planned to form the R&D and assembly capabilities of new long product rolling equipment through expansion and optimization, advanced production test equipment and addition of technology R&D.

Before the Spring Festival, MCC Huatian established the construction project team. In response to the severe challenge of the extremely tight construction period for design, construction application, and construction and installation, the project team planned scientifically and took multiple measures to realize cross operations in the whole process of design, bidding, construction application, equipment procurement, construction, fabrication and installation, and basically completed the connection of all scheduled nodes synchronously. During the epidemic, the organization of materials, transportation and personnel was faced with great challenges, but the project team carefully organized, planned in advance, coordinated the production of steel structure materials, and completed the first hoisting of steel structure for installation, ensuring the stable progress of the project, and achieving the best effect of smooth connection of civil engineering, steel structure production and installation.
