East section of the Fenghuang Road was completed and accepted on 15 April, marking the successful completion of the Chengbei New Town Integrated Development PPP project designed by MCC Huatian.

The project is one of the key projects in spacial structure upgrading of Ningguo City, and was enlisted as the 3rd group of PPP exemplary project of the Ministry of Finance of P.R.C. Meanwhile, it was also recognized as the exemplary project of the Ministry of Finance. The project covers construction of 8 roads, 2 bridges, moving and expansion of Senior High School of Ningguo Middle School, Ningguo Statium, Swimming Statium, and National Fitness Center.

The consortium consisting of MCC Huatian and Shanghai Baoye contracted the Chengbei New Town Integrated Development PPP Project in February 2017. Road & bridge design team and architectural design team of MCC Huatian worked devoted and won recognition of the client through quality services.
