On October 10, the consortium of MCC Huatian Nanjing Engineering Technology Corporation. and China MCC20 Group CORP. LTD. officially won the EPC project of decoration and rebuilding of Zhigu (Nanjing) enterprise headquarters and supporting service facilities. The project is the first high-specification and large-scale pure decoration project undertaken by MCC Huatian, which further promotes MCC Huatian’s brand image of green future and enhances the popularity of MCC Huatian in Nanjing market.

The project is located in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The construction include high-standard decoration, water supply and drainage, electrical, heating and ventilation, fire protection, intelligentization and other public and auxiliary engineering inside the enterprise headquarters building (B3) and supporting service facilities building (D10) in Zhigu park. In this project, MCC Huatian undertakes the engineering design while China MCC20 Group CORP. LTD. undertakes the engineering construction.

In the open bidding, the consortium of MCC Huatian Nanjing Engineering Technology Corporation. and China MCC20 Group CORP. LTD. stood out from a number of bidders including China Construction Eighth Engineering Division CORP., LTD, China Railway Construction Engineering Group, China Construction Industrial & Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Construction Group, NANJING YANGTZE RIVER URBAN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CO., LTD. etc., and won the bid successfully. At present, the market development department of MCC Huatian is paying close attention to a number of subsequent bid projects in the park where the project is located, and strive to gain new orders.
