On July 24, MCC Huatian successfully won the bid for the first-phase engineering design project of the new rural community project in Changdian Town, Feng County. This project marks the first large-scale housing construction project that company won in Xuzhou market, Jiangsu, taking an important step in building MCC Huatian’s brand image of green future and exploring the housing construction market in northern Jiangsu.

The project is located on the east side of Confucius Temple Ditch and the south side of Changcheng West Road in Changdian Town. The total land area of the project is 300,338 square meters, and the total construction area is 171,429 square meters, of which residential construction area is 138,348 square meters, and commercial and public construction area is 33,081 square meters. The main construction includes civil engineering, equipment installation, outdoor supporting roads, heating and ventilation, rainwater and sewage pipe network, strong and weak electricity, intelligent and other special projects.
